Operations

Our motto is “care for all.” That translates to care for the elder, family, staff and organizational leadership. It is through mutual respect and learning that trust is built among all participants in My House. As a result, My House is an elder-centered home, families are approving, job duty satisfaction is high, and organizational leaders can lead with confidence and success.

Operating My House does not demand strict policies or rigid procedures, but it does require a level of knowledge, training and commitment. We believe in practices that will guide your organization on the journey to culture change.
